Aw, Jenn. Glorious tears! I love getting to pray for you and Emily and everything that's going on. And who is this Blaire chick posting on the wall? I want to KNOW her! She seems AWESOME!

Okay, back to encouraging my amazing friends:

I was reading the Alchemist a couple of days ago (Jenn, you'll love it if you haven't read it), and there were sooo many quotes I loved. Here are a couple about love:

It was love. Something older than humanity, more ancient than the desert.

No reason is needed for loving.

And here's the one that makes me think of YOU GUYS:

But the sheep had taught him something even more important: that there was a language in the world that everyone understood . . . It was the language of enthusiasm, of things accomplished with love and purpose, and as part of a search for something believed in and desired.

You guys really love these kids. I can tell by the way you write and the expression on your faces in the photos. You love God, and you love people. You're doing what we're made to do. Praise the Lord.

(P.S. Thank you thank you THANK YOU for keeping the blog updated!)

What a wonderful way to begin your new year! Jenn-we spent the day and evening with the Inglis in Philadelphia. Brody sends a big "hi" as does Nancy and Bruce. We are having a fun time--it is cold here---how cold is it there? Much love and hugs to you both!

Did you get to see any fireworks New Years Eve?
What does one do in Romania for New Years?
I hope you both are getting all that God wants done, done and seeing His glory in every moment.
All of us “left behind” are thinking of, missing, and loving you both. DAD
